Important Information

It is usually necessary to book an appointment in advance.

All treatment times include consultation time.

Please  arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time.  I aim to run on time, however if your appointment will be delayed by more than 15 minutes I will try to contact you at the earliest opportunity.

I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy as standard.  If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.  If you cancel your appointment on less than 48 hours notice, the full charge will still be due.
